Immediately preceding our trip (we were a group of three), they shared the relevant information to contact my guide. The day of, we were thankful to be greeted by Savio where we were staying in Milan, who arrived early and messaged me to let me know he had arrived.
We first arrived in Como and, despite the rainy weather, were able to easily navigate our first time there due to Savio’s tips and recommendations. From Como we visited Villa D’este, Villa Olma, Villa Carlotta, and then took the ferry to Bellagio. Each time Savio was on time and even confirmed the ferry was operating. We arrived back in Milan, right on time, concluding our 10 hour trip.
Savio was professional, helpful, friendly, and accommodated all of our requests. We are very thankful to him and Memento Italy for making our first trip to Lake Como memorable and enjoyable.”
